There are some things that are good to know. DPRINT handles a lot of inquiries so we figured we'd answer some of the most popular ones right here.
Shipping lead times
Shipping lead times for products ordered on this web site are two to three business days after the proof of your design is accepted. You will receive an immediate notice from our design team if any errors are found in your design file. Lead time will re-set from the time the revised artwork is deemed acceptable.
Shipping options
Our standard method of shipment is UPS Carbon-Neutral ground service, which is 1 to 8 business days depending on the destination. All orders are shipped from Lakeland, Florida USA so most orders in the southeast United States will arrive in 1 to 3 business days (e.g. not weekends or holidays). Ground shipping transit times are only an estimate, so it is best to choose a time-specific (next day or two day air) shipping selection to ensure precision transit times.
Sales Taxes
All prices are in US dollars. We will collect sales taxes on all orders shipping to destinations in Florida. If you have tax-exempt status in Florida, please send documentation of that status to accounting@mydprint.com and request a refund of the sales tax.
Payment Methods
Online purchases at MYDPRINT.COM require payment via major credit cards and/or Paypal. We use a secure gateway which makes this simple and secure for you. This site does not retain your credit card information.
