How DPRINT Champions Women & Girls In Our Community
From the fifth-grade girls who participate in our Kids Tag Art Program and the elementary-aged children in the community’s Kiwanis’ K-Kids program to the women who are members of the Orlando chapter of Women Presidents’ Organization, DPRINT is a staunch women’s supporters. Our company proudly champions women and girls in pursuit of their passions and dreams. When women work hard toward their goals, we’re there to undergird them. When girls are learning and developing, we’re there to support them, too.
In fact, our President and CEO, Lane Hickey-Wiggins, is an active advocate and supporter for the women and girls in the Lakeland community. She’s a member of the Go For The Greens Board of Directors and Executive Committee, and a graduate of 2012 EMERGE Serves. She also works at great length with elementary-aged children through JA’s teaching program. In addition to these community responsibilities, Lane and the entire DPRINT family eagerly champions women and girls by strategically employing women in several key roles. Our Government Accounts Specialist, Order Processing Director, and National Accounts Specialist are all women. They’re key players in helping our business and our community grow and thrive.
Unfortunately, equal pay for equal work is not a reality in the U.S. or in most of the world. We are dedicated to doing our part to change that unfortunate reality by supporting policy change worldwide that leads to the economic empowerment of women and girls. We are a Lakeland, Florida based, woman-owned, woman-led business. We believe in gender equity and exemplify it in our work-force through equal pay and opportunity regardless of gender.
